NOTE on Hotel Reservations: Mayflower Center has a block of rooms at the Larkspur Courtyard Marriott. You must make a room reservation by Friday, October 5th in order to get the discounted AIS rate. Please read this information, then scroll down to register for the conference and a room.

Full Members
Share a room with another Member = incidentals only
Do not share a room = $98.00 plus incidentals

Associate Members
Share a room with another Member = $98.00 plus incidentals
Do not share a room = $199.00 plus incidentals

If you are arranging other lodging, you are still responsible for registering for the AIS Conference. The registration deadline for the conference is Saturday, October 20th.

When you click on the link to make your hotel reservation you will notice that it asks you for your credit card information. As in the past, Mayflower Center has agreed with AIS to pick up the cost of the rooms at double occupancy. The credit card information is only to hold the room, for ancillary charges and in case of a cancellation after the deadline.

If you choose to stay in a single room please go to Marriott’s website or call them directly, as we were not able to make provisions for singles due to high occupancy rates at this hotel. The standard room rate will apply.

As in the past AIS board members will be checking in on Wednesday and all other members on Thursday.

Also note that the deadline to register is a firm date and that Mayflower Center set aside the maximum amount of rooms we were able to for AIS. We are expecting a large turnout and may not be able to accommodate everyone at this special rate.

BRI credits will be provided for those members who attend all functions provided by the hosting center and all educational meetings provided by AIS.
